Payment Policy:
To ensure swift processing of your orders, the following payment polices will apply to all online orders placed with Clariancy.
Payment is to be made in full before items can be released for delivery.
Payment can be made by Paypal (Visa, Mastercard, American Express.)
Cash, cheques, vouchers and electronic cards like Visa Electron or A.T.M are not accepted.
Billing information submitted has to be the same as it appears on your order credit card statement.
We reserve the right at our discretion to cancel your order and/or suspend deliveries should we find that the information submitted is not in order.

Warranty Policy:
All items sold online are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Product warranty is only applicable to products purchased at Clariancy website and in the country of purchase. 
The time frame for warranty is from date of purchase of your items.
Warranty is not a guarantee or promise relating to the nature of the material.
Warranty only covers mechanical/electrical defects and does not cover cosmetic wear resulting from long term usage.
Warranty will be void in cases where it is due to accidental or intentional physical damage, poor storage conditions, unauthorised modifications to items, shipping and transportation damage or commercial use of these devices.
Clariancy has the sole option to repair or replace device. The replaced product will become the property of Clariancy
Warranty is not transferable, negotiable or assignable.
When product malfunction is detected, please email to Our customer service staff will guide you through the service process.
For device purchases, your shipping details will be automatically used for warranty registration.

Device Service Policy:
For service and repairs, please bring your product along with proof of purchase (receipts, statements) to your nearest Clariancy outlet. Please allow 3-5 working days for service and repairs.
Device service and repairs are chargeable on a case by case basis. Our sales staff will inform you of any charges before we proceed to repair the faulty items.
After your device has been repaired, you will be informed to collect your items. Please return to the same Clariancy store for collection.
Delivery of repaired items is not possible.

order fulfilment.
